Case was settled we are satisfied

We investors took a loan in 2007 with Homebanc that was foreclosed by a Trust who wanted to  go after them with a large deficiency judgment after foreclosing. We have substantial assets, the property was deeply under water. FPG-USA was hired to assess the case and subsequently provide evidence and written testimony. The case was settled to our satisfaction by a deed-in-lieu and no deficiency.
