I won my case against Citibank for BSARM 2007-3, dismissed with prejudice, based upon Mr. Kahn's unrebutted testimony. Watching how a seasoned litigator and expert witness testify in a court setting was very educational and satisfying. Mr. Jeffrey Barnes was my attorney and recommended Mr. Kahn's services. The Final Judgment is public record.
