Do we utilize Bloomberg searches and what value do they have?

Bloomberg is a third party software system tracking derivative trades reported by fourth parties reporting Over the Counter (unregulated) market trades. Parties relying on this method claim expertise as a software user. This is useful as an investigative tool but hearsay is not accepted as evidence in a contested case. Many of those reporting Bloomberg finds have been found to be in error. We believe in accessing first party reporting records in a manner that is considered evidence.
