If the Consult sounds like there may be defects, discrepancies and material misrepresentation, false statements, false identification, forgery, false claims of executive position, unlawful notary actions, back dating and more, client will be invited to have an Assessment performed to determine the areas of toxicity. Regular is without detailed specifics, enhanced is with detailed specifics. Cost of Assessments are parsed out of the cost of a full investigation so clients know what to expect from a full investigation.

Clients provide documentation via our secure delivery system. Assessments can be used in strategy or for pleading issues. Assessments are not designed for use in Court. For that see Option below:
Option: If you wish to declare the expert and commit to hire the expert for a investigation (Step 3 and beyond), you may request a summation of the Expert's Assessment as a"Declaration or Affidavit of Preliminary Findings" for submission into the court case.

The Assessment will direct the type of Investigation. But you may not need that, depending on your stage in the legal process. You may only need an interim Declaration or Affidavit of Preliminary Findings to introduce the material toxicity and your expert, saves time and money.
