In his CFO roles, Richard Kahn has been a key player in ensuring the financial health and success of his organizations. He has played a vital role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
In his CEO roles Richard has played a vital role in the overall direction, management, and success of the organizations. He has been accountable to the board of directors and stakeholders, and often served as the public face of the company

1973-1978: National Real Estate Tax Shelter Product Manager for Merrill Lynch, New York City. Responsible for bringing business offerings to Merrill's international based account executives. Richard's boss, Don Regan, CEO of Merrill Lynch became U.S. Treasury Secretary under President Ronald Reagan in 1981.
INTERESTS AND HOBBIES
As it pertains to CFO Advisory, Richard has had several interests and hobbies which developed additional business areas that over the years he has become very familiar and had occasions to help and advise.
Richard is a 8th degree black belt Martial Arts Hall of Fame competitor with over 40 years experience in all aspects of martial arts. He has provided extensive business and tax matters consulting advice in single and multiple chain location education academy business models, combat sports promotion and equipment supplier enterprises. During his years of real estate development and management enterprise, he mainly commuted with his own plane. In doing so he amassed almost 1,000 hours of instrument time and 2,000 hours of visual flight reference time. In this process he came to learn about and advise numerous Fixed Base Operators, Aircraft Mechanic Operations in financial, compliance and regulatory matters.
Richard also provided over 10 years of financial consulting to Federal Agencies including the U.S. Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, State and Federal Law Enforcement and Contract Security Providers.
