Attend Net Meeting

FPG-USA employs an online "net meeting" conference system in two basic formats:

  1. On the Fly: When you are on the phone with FPG-USA support or customer service.
  2. Scheduled Meetings: Used for training and presentations to a group.

All you need is a computer connected to the internet with a DSL, Cable or faster connection and a separate telephone line with which to speak on the phone or listen in on a conference call.

Special Instructions for Scheduled Meetings

  1. Space is limited. Enter early. Hold online for the presenter.
  2. To listen in by phone, dial (617) 231-0350 or +1 213-455-0500. Enter Access Code 2215037
  3. Put your phone on MUTE. Host will see your name in Participant List upon entering.
  4. Do NOT verbally announce your entrance or speak unless requested to do so.
  5. Use CHAT BOARD to communicate with the presenter.
  6. Write questions down and SAVE them until asked by the presenter.
