The Principal - Qualifying Expert of FPG-USA is Richard Kahn. Mr. Kahn is commonly referred to as an "expert" as used in the phrase "expert witness ". Courts have relied on experts for what is understood to be hundreds of years. Experts in their field of expertise are allowed to present indisputable facts, give their opinions on the subject of their specialty knowledge and raise material facts about issues before the Trier of facts, which may be a Judge and/or a Jury. The facts and opinions of an expert are subject to challenge by the adversarial side as well as the Judge who reserves the right as the ultimate decider on whether an expert's testimony and/or opinion will be recognized as such before the court.
