The Process Described
1. Register
2. LOGIN to the secure Client Portal side of the FPG-USA website.
3. Click LOANS to enter the LOANS area.
4. TEST FOR TILA VIOLATIONS
To see if your loan qualifies for Truth in Lending Act violations and remedies including cancellation of the loan,
click ADD A NEW LOAN and it automatically takes you through a free Truth in Lending Act Coverage Qualifier.
If your loan is covered and you want to proceed to input loan information and take the online examinations to assess whether you have TILA - RESPA - HOEPA or UDAP violations PROCEED WITH AN ASSESSMENT, pay our modest fee online with a credit card and receive your assessment.
Follow through to a report if the assessment produces the violations you're looking for and then optionally order a rescission package if you need one. All results are delivered immediately to your computer screen for printing or saving.
5a. EMAIL CONSULTATION FOR SECURITIZATION AUDIT ELIGIBILITY
Currently our process entails interacting by email with the audit department. You may optionally choose to attach a print and fill client intake form or a fillable online client intake form that can be emailed or saved to your disk drive and attached to an email. Once eligibility is ascertained, payment and document delivery instructions will be sent to you. Currently you can pay by check mailed or direct deposit to any Bank of America if you are in a hurry.
5b. COMING BY 03/31/2010: TEST FOR SECURITIZATION AUDIT ELIGIBILITY
The audits are performed manually, the process of ordering and payment will be automated. An automated free coverage qualifier is being implemented online from the CLIENT PORTAL LOGIN > LOANS > ADD A LOAN area and should debut by the end of March 2010. Once active you will be able to order and then pay with a credit card online for the two initial basic services, FLD Pre-Assessment or FLD Stage ONE Assessment.
