After Ordering Send Docs

Once you have placed your order and paid for it, send the following documentation:

  • FLD Securitization Audit Cover Sheet
  • Summarize you case. Use cover sheet or by email with the following.
  • Any legal documents from Court or lender, if there are any.
  • Signed Note (with endorsed pay to if possible)
  • Note riders if there are any (signed)
  • Signed Mortgage or Deed of Trust (with assignment if possible).
  • Mortgage statement (most recent and if more than one servicer over term, one from each)
  • If you made a Qualified Written, include the response if any.
  • For MERS ownership lookup, inlcude borrower's social security number on intake form.

Please do not send additional documentation at the time of ordering, doing so may incur hourly charges.


Instructions for Sending Documentation to FPG-USA

  1. Scan (black and white at 300 dpi)
  2. Please DO NOT EMAIL LARGE FILES, USE our SECURE dropbox.
  3. Upon review you may receive a "need list". Respond via email with the requests.
  4. Upon receipt of payment your job will go "active" in our job queue.
