Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Does FPG-USA recommend attorneys who know how to use our reports as evidence against foreclosure in court?
A: Any litigating foreclosure attorney will know how to use our evidence to fight a foreclosure case. We also provide consultation services to attorneys for that purpose.
Mr. Kahn's friend and iconic attorney educator Max Gardner holds regular boot camp training and securitization symposiums for his growing network of attorney graduates. Q: How does the Stage One, Two and Three audit pricing work?
A: Simple. Whatever the direct pricing for any stage audit is, simply deduct what you paid for the earlier stage(s) and the balance is what you pay; minus $100 service charge. We do not post pricing to the general public. By way of example then, if the stages were priced at $X, $Y and $Z and you want $Y and have already paid for $X; simply pay the difference between $X and $Y plus a $100 service charge. The same would apply if you wanted the stage costing $Z. Just deduct what you already paid with $X and $Y plus a $100 service charge. The $100 applies to all upgrades except from an FLD Assessment to a FLD Stage One Trust Not Identified which is only $65.
Q: Why do we use staged pricing?
A: We don't want anyone to pay for stages they don't need. Settlement can occur at any time in the process. Also, you don't want to spill the beans too early in the fight because it makes it easier for the opposing side to correct their errors or gives them a roadmap to make a response. Let them undergo the research and expense on their own.
Q: Does FPG-USA have anything to do with the Neil Garfield Continuum?
A: No.
Q: Does FPG-USA have anything to do with California attorney Michael Pines and the Certified Forensic Loan Auditor group that has cropped up to capitalize on securitization auditing by training so called "experts" in a three day seminar?
A: No.
