About Us
FPG-USA is an active forensic mortgage analysis firm who has developed FPG-USA Academy to train Mortgage Foreclosure Fraud Investigators to a level requisite with submitting evidentiary findings reports into court as evidence and backing it up with litigation support.
The objective of FPG-USA Academy is to provide a level of education and certification to meet the standards of developing and submitting evidentiary findings that stand up in court. Courses bring about 210 hours in three months of learning directly with our qualifying expert Richard Kahn. We employ a virtual academy setting so you can work and train from a remote location of your convenience.
Daily course attendance time is recommended at 2 hours five days a week. Online video and previous recorded lesson access is 24x7. Courses run 3 months (12 weeks). Beginning with January 2012 courses, you may enter the course at your convenience and run the course through 3 months from your start date for completion.
The cost of our courses averages out to about $15 (no certification) to $20 per hour (certification) for the total of expert led course instruction. Certification is optional but recommended if you intend to use the findings in court or issue affidavits.
Students include law firm employees, attorneys, MFFIs wishing to work contract on FPG-USA jobs, MFFIs wishing to develop their own business issuing their own reports, MFFIs who desire to become FPG-USA FAV vendors and resell FPG-USA level services but work on them to lower buy rates. Paralegals and those working with attorneys and judges or mediation firms are candidates. Realtors and mortgage brokers desiring to work in the loan modification business with in depth knowledge of the inner workings of wrongful foreclosure and securitization are also candidates.
The key is providing ongoing education through a series of 6 course levels to obtain the degree of knowledge and expertise the MFFI seeks to acquire. At the same time providing the top level of expertise to provide support for the MFFI at whatever stage the MFFI has obtained; enabling them to grow their business and expertise with solid support.
