Securitization Auditor Beginner through Advanced
MFFI - Mortgage Foreclosure Fraud Investigator TrainingOur courses are designed for those interested in performing audits their clients can submit as evidence in court. We teach the skills necessary to enable the graduate student to stand up to in court, present the facts and findings of undisputable evidence do to its source and do so under the rules to qualify them an expert if they wish to do so. Judges are the determining factor, so done properly a judge can admit the auditor as an expert. This usually involves significant questioning and an in depth knowledge of the report and findings to produce satisfactory answers in the progression. In this manner our graduates can issue Affidavits against fines and imprisonment, produce that quality of work and enjoy the fees that go along with it. This is what we consider best in class audit training.
The courses are set up in weeks with each week having 5 lessons, each comprised of four 25 to 45 minute segments. In other words there are 10 to 15 hours of class lessons spread across 20 segments in each "week". There are 12 of these "weeks" of courses. There is also a 60 plus hour library of additional training in over 20 topics. All totaling over 210 hours of certificated training from Beginner, thru Intermediate and Advanced; an impressive credential for anyone, including the Judge to whom it may be presented for consideration to testify.
Each week of courses can be taken over the course of from one week to one month. Some can take the week of courses in one week (called Fast Track) , occupying 4 segments comprising 2 to 3 hours of lessons per day. Taken over two weeks this means 1 to 1 1/2 hours per day occupying 2 segments; so one day's offered lessons become two days of taking lessons. In the one month format the student takes 1 30 to 45 minute segment per day.
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Weeks 1-4 is beginner; weeks 5-8 is intermediate and weeks 9-12 is advanced.
