About Us

FPG-USA is an independent third party forensic mortgage analysis firm. We specialize in investigating mortgage transactions and reporting defects and toxicity that undermine the ability to foreclose without taking the evidence into consideration.

We provide highly qualified expert witness support on our reporting for the evidence process in court either by examination and cross examination or by affidavit. We offer services for all states and courts.

FPG-USA maintains a comprehensive website with information about methods, processes, and procedures; including professional and transactional experience. Our senior qualifying expert, Richard Kahn, has been actively involved in the fields of mortgage backed securitization, real estate lending and finance for more than thirty years. Resume of Qualifying Expert

FPG-USA originates all issuances, we do not co-brand or use outside third party vendors or software for any reporting. We do not allow outside parties to re-issue our reports in their name.

FPG-USA is not a law firm, real estate, mortgage broker or lender, financial or foreclosure consultancy. We perform credible mortgage analysis and reporting in a manner suitable for use in court with mediation and litigation support to attorneys.

CAUTION ABOUT THE ORDERING AND USE OF AUDITS

FPG-USA reports are designed for use in court by qualified attorneys. They are not, nor should they be used outside of court or supplied to lenders because they contain information that a lender can "fix" using their "document creation facilities" before going to court and thereby undermine the borrower's position.

FPG-USA audits are evidence. If you don't know how to use evidence in court you can lose your case even if the evidence is conclusive. Providing evidence to win your case to the opposing side before the right moment and in a court setting can undermine the effectiveness.

Individuals are sometimes subject to unfair dealings by "foreclosure consultants". FPG-USA endorses regulations to stop parties from claiming that credible loan audits can be used in a manner they cannot or should not be used. Audits do not assist in stopping foreclosure sales, nor facilating loan modifications, nore saving property from foreclosure, nor providing protection from foreclosure.
